The set is the English release of what Japan published as Storm Emeralda on 31 July 2026, built around Mega Rayquaza ex, with Mega Golisopod ex, Mega Golurk ex and Mega Malamar ex alongside it. The Japanese version runs to 76 cards in its main set plus 37 secret rares, though English numbering differs, so treat that as the shape of the set rather than a figure. Rayquaza has a long record of pulling harder than its rarity predicts, and Mega Evolution boxes have not stayed at retail price long, so an ETB at RRP on release day is worth moving on quickly.
