By using Poké Tracker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About the service
Poké Tracker provides real-time stock monitoring, expansion catalogues, and collector community features for UK Pokémon TCG enthusiasts. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
User accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person
Subscriptions and billing
- Member subscriptions are billed at £4.99/month
- Premium subscriptions are billed at £9.99/month
- All prices include UK VAT where applicable
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time via your account billing page
- Refunds are handled at our discretion in line with UK consumer law
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for automated bulk purchasing or scalping
- Attempt to circumvent or abuse the notification system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service in any way that violates UK law
- Scrape or systematically copy data from the platform
Stock data accuracy
Stock availability data is sourced from publicly accessible retailer pages and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness. We are not responsible for missed purchases due to data delays or errors.
Intellectual property
All content created by Poké Tracker (design, code, editorial) is our property. Pokémon trademarks, card artwork and related IP belong to their respective owners and are referenced under nominative fair use for informational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
Poké Tracker is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including missed stock opportunities or incorrect availability data.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
