Acceptance of terms
By using Poké Tracker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About the service
Poké Tracker provides real-time stock monitoring, expansion catalogues, and collector community features for UK Pokémon TCG enthusiasts. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
User accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person
Subscriptions and billing
Poké Tracker offers a free account and a single paid VIP tier. Core features — stock tracking, alerts, watchlist and the release calendar — are free for everyone with an account. VIP is a support tier that adds an ad-free site, a VIP Discord role, and automatic entry into the monthly Pokémon giveaway.
- VIP is billed at £4.99/month
- All prices include UK VAT where applicable
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time via your account billing page
- Refunds are handled at our discretion in line with UK consumer law
Giveaways and prize draws
Eligibility. Giveaways and prize draws are not open to employees, officers, or agents of Poké Tracker, nor to its moderators, administrators, or affiliates. This exclusion also applies to the immediate family members, next of kin, and members of the same household of any such person. Poké Tracker reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria or who is found to have entered in breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for automated bulk purchasing or scalping
- Attempt to circumvent or abuse the notification system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service in any way that violates UK law
- Scrape or systematically copy data from the platform
Stock data accuracy
Stock availability data is sourced from publicly accessible retailer pages and is provided for informational purposes only. Stock alerts and listings may be inaccurate, out of date, or reflect retailer errors — including pricing or stock glitches. We do not guarantee availability, price, or that any listing is genuine, and stock can sell out or change price in the time it takes an alert to reach you. Always confirm the details on the retailer's own website before buying. You act on our alerts and links entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Third-party retailers and purchases
Poké Tracker is an informational stock-tracking service only. We alert you that a third-party retailer appears to have stock and link you to their website — we do not sell, supply, or fulfil any products, and we are not an agent of any retailer.
Any purchase, order, or transaction you make is solely between you and the retailer, and is governed by that retailer's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for, and accept no liability in respect of, any purchases, orders, payments, pricing, stock accuracy, cancellations, refunds, delivery, or any other issue arising from a third-party retailer.
Intellectual property
All content created by Poké Tracker (design, code, editorial) is our property. Pokémon trademarks, card artwork and related IP belong to their respective owners and are referenced under nominative fair use for informational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
Poké Tracker is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, disappointment, cancelled or rejected orders, or damages arising from your use of the service or from acting on our alerts, listings, or links — including missed stock opportunities, incorrect availability or pricing data, or any transaction with a third-party retailer. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
