Poké Tracker (poketracker.co.uk) is an independent UK-based Pokémon TCG intelligence platform. For privacy enquiries, contact us at hello@poketracker.co.uk.
What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password
- Subscription data: Stripe customer ID, VIP subscription status
- Usage data: products you track, notification preferences, watchlist items
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (analytics only, with consent)
- Communications: emails we send you regarding stock alerts and account activity
How we use your data
- To provide and personalise the service
- To send stock restock notifications (with your consent)
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To manage your account and preferences
- To improve the platform through anonymous analytics
Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
- Contract: processing necessary to deliver the service you signed up for
- Consent: marketing emails and analytics cookies
- Legitimate interests: fraud prevention and platform security
Data sharing
We share data with the following third parties only where necessary:
- Stripe: payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Supabase: secure database hosting (EU region)
- Discord: community features (only if you link your account)
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Data retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Payment data: retained as required by Stripe and UK tax law (7 years)
- Stock alert history: retained for 12 months
