Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Prizes are delivered to a UK postal address only. Giveaways and prize draws are not open to employees, officers, or agents of the Promoter, nor to its moderators, administrators, or affiliates. This exclusion also applies to the immediate family members, next of kin, and members of the same household of any such person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria or who is found to have entered in breach of these terms. By entering, you confirm you meet these criteria.
3. How to enter, no purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is ever necessary to enter or win any Poké Tracker giveaway. Each giveaway may offer other ways to enter, set out in its announcement, but the free postal entry route described here is always available to everyone and requires no account, purchase or payment. A free postal entry has exactly the same chance of winning as any other entry.
To enter for free by post, send a postcard or an unenclosed letter clearly stating:
- Your full name;
- Your UK postal address;
- Your email address and/or Discord username, so we can contact you if you win;
- The name of the giveaway you are entering, as stated in its announcement; and
- A statement confirming that you are a UK resident aged 18 or over and have read these terms.

Your entry must be received at this address by the closing date and time stated in the relevant giveaway’s announcement. Entries are judged on the date they are received, not the date they were posted, so please allow enough time for delivery. Entries that arrive after the closing time, or that are incomplete or illegible, will not be counted.
Unless stated otherwise, one entry per person per giveaway, regardless of how you enter. Every valid postal entry is placed into the same pool as all other valid entries, including the automatic entries of VIP members, and one winner is drawn at random from that single pool, so every entry has an equal chance of winning however it was made. If the same person enters the same giveaway more than once, or by more than one route, those entries are treated as a single entry.
4. VIP subscription
Poké Tracker VIP is a paid support tier providing a VIP Discord role, a holographic badge, access to exclusive stock and chat channels, and automatic entry into giveaways, among other benefits. Stock tracking, alerts and the release calendar are free for all account holders. Payment is for the VIP tier and its benefits; giveaway entry is also available free of charge as described above, and subscribing does not increase your chances of winning relative to a free entrant. The prize and the chance of winning are the same for every entrant, however they entered.
5. Closing date
Each giveaway’s closing date is stated in its announcement. Entries received after the stated closing time will not be counted.
6. Winner selection and notification
Unless stated otherwise, one winner per giveaway is drawn at random from all valid entries after the closing date. Winners are notified via the channel stated in the announcement (usually a Discord direct message) within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may redraw.
7. Prizes
Prizes are as stated in each announcement, are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are dispatched to a UK address only.
8. Data protection
Entrants’ details are used only to administer the relevant giveaway and are handled in line with the Poké Tracker Privacy Policy. Details are not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver prizes.
9. General
The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter may amend these terms or cancel a giveaway in circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Discord, The Pokémon Company, or any retailer. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
