Three packs and a foil promo, which is the blister format where neither half dominates the value. Phantasmal Flames makes it a better buy than most because of the set's size: 94 cards in the main run and 130 in total, so three packs is a reasonable slice rather than a token. Mega Charizard X ex is the card at the centre of the set and the reason sealed pricing here has been stickier than the Mega Evolution sets either side of it. Triple blisters go through general retail rather than being allocated, so supermarkets and toy shops carry them and they tend to hold at RRP well after the boxed products have gone, which makes them the most reliable way to buy this set at retail price late on.
