About this product

Three Pitch Black booster packs and a foil promo card, sold as a hangsell blister at around £13 in UK retail. Blisters are the impulse-buy tier of the Pokémon TCG ecosystem — the format you find on the end-of-aisle racks at Smyths or near the till at WHSmith and Tesco rather than buried in a CCG cabinet.

The promo card is the differentiator. Recent set blisters have shipped with foil reverse-art versions of cards that don't otherwise see promo treatment, which makes them quietly desirable for completists even if the three packs themselves are a small opening session.

For UK buyers, blisters are also the most common product to find in actual high-street retail. Argos stocks them online, but Smyths, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and indie newsagents keep them in physical stock more reliably than the bigger sealed products. If you've ever picked up a single pack on a whim while shopping for something else, the 3-pack blister is the sensible upgrade — better cost-per-pack than singles and the promo on top.

Don't expect the chase pull rate of an ETB or Booster Box. Three packs is three packs. But for casual collectors, kids, and anyone wanting a Pitch Black hit without committing to a £25+ box, the blister works.
