Eighteen packs, half a box, and the rule holds as always: buy it only if it costs less than half what a sealed 36-pack box goes for. On a recent set like this one that is often not the case, because full boxes are still widely available at RRP and half boxes exist mainly to hit a lower price point. Where the format does well is on a small set, and Perfect Order is small: 88 cards in the main run and 124 in total, so eighteen packs is a genuine attempt at it rather than a sample.
