That mechanic had not appeared in a main expansion since EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua, a gap of roughly two decades, and its return is why the set is remembered rather than for any single chase card. Trainer's Pokémon belong to a named character, so the card is Iono's Bellibolt rather than simply Bellibolt, and the set built four of them into Pokémon ex: N's Zoroark ex, Iono's Bellibolt ex, Lillie's Clefairy ex and Hop's Zacian ex. N's Zoroark ex became the one that mattered on the secondary market and remains the reason boxes get bought. The main set is 159 cards with 190 in total, which is small for a Scarlet & Violet release and means a full box covers a decent share of it. Released 28 March 2025.
