Chaos Rising makes it a better buy than most because of the set's size: 86 cards in the main run against a 122-card total means three packs is a genuine slice. Mega Greninja ex is what the set was built to sell and the card most people are hoping for, with Greninja's usual pull well above what its rarity would predict. Triple blisters go through general retail rather than being allocated, so they turn up in supermarkets and toy shops and generally hold at RRP long after the boxed products have gone, which makes them a reliable option late in a set's life.
