The important check is which half: White Flare and Black Bolt are the two halves of a split expansion released together on 18 July 2025, and they hold different cards despite sharing shelf space and often a listing title. White Flare is the Reshiram side, with a 173-card main set led by Reshiram ex and including Keldeo ex, plus Emboar and Samurott from the Unova starter lines. The pair covers every Generation V Pokémon between them, which is what has kept interest in both halves running well past the usual post-launch drop. Single packs are cheap enough to be worth a punt on a set this size, but they are also where mislabelled listings do the most damage, so match the image before buying.
