A single 30th Celebration pack holds six cards and all six are foil. That is unusual enough to spell out, because no English set before this one printed its entire contents in foil down to the basic Energy. One card in every pack is a Pikachu, taken from the thirty Pikachu variants made for the set, so a single pack guarantees one. RRP is £4.29, marginally under a standard ten-card pack, though the per-card arithmetic is worse and the foil treatment is what the money is going on. The set also brought in a new Futuristic rare rarity, which gives a loose pack a second thing to hope for. For a specific card, singles are almost always the better route here, particularly for the thirty-card Classic Collection of reprints. A loose pack is best understood as a cheap shot at a Pikachu variant you may well already have, and thirty variants is a lot of duplicates to work through.
